No. Membership list price is ₹599/month; launch price is ₹299/month. Today you pay by UPI and share the UTR for ops to activate (Razorpay card checkout when enabled). You keep 100% of patient session fees. A disclosed platform fee may apply on mentor consults at checkout — not on patient care.
Yes. After you join, open Mentors to book a timed case consult with a core mentor. You pay for their time. Family or patient booking of mentors is not in this product. Forums and short courses live under Community — ops adds the first channels.
Connect is pan-India and invite-only. Pick your state and city when you request an invite (Nellore, Chennai, Mumbai — anywhere OSM can name). Online / telehealth cases go to therapists who opt in; ops still assigns.
Yes. Families start at Request care (/care explains the path; /request is the form). Hospitals and peers use Share a lead (/share). Both web forms use a bot check and a one-time code; the inquiry stays draft until ops publishes. You can also message the official WhatsApp number +91 90761 NEURO and tap Need a therapist or Share a lead. Ops assigns — this is not a marketplace.
In Connect Family messages, after the family saves the placement with an email code and signs the chat notice. Do not start a personal WhatsApp. Optional WhatsApp pings only say a new message exists — they never include the text.
If you have an NSG-#### code, open Enter your code (/invite), then sign in with an email one-time code or Google / Facebook. Then accept the professional agreement, finish practice details, credentials, and the ₹299 launch membership.
