Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to Neuro Sphere Connect, an invite-only referral facilitation network for physiotherapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), psychologists (PSY), and related practitioners in India. The service is pan-India in scope; matching is open in Mumbai and expanding to other cities. By requesting an invite, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Neuro Sphere Connect is (and is not)

• A technology and referral facilitation network for accountable patient-inquiry matching, mentorship, and community learning.
• Not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or supervise clinical sessions. We do not provide clinical advice to patients through this site.
• Not a public patient marketplace. Families do not browse or book therapists on the site. After an assignment, they may open a private placement link to confirm continuation or request a change, and optionally save that placement with an email one-time code.
• We take no cut of patient session fees. Membership is billed separately; mentorship bookings may include a platform fee as disclosed at checkout.

Eligibility, invites & document review

Access requires an invite or approved application, document review (license or qualifying degree and government ID, reviewed by Neuro Sphere Connect staff), the Professional practice agreement for therapists, and an active membership where required. Therapists sign in with an email one-time code, Google, or Facebook. Staff use Google on the admin login. We may refuse, delay, or revoke access if credentials cannot be reviewed, if information is misleading, or if use harms the community.

Document review is not licensed KYC, not a statutory council or register check, and not a warranty of clinical competence or outcomes. A license or qualifying degree may satisfy the professional-document slot.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate professional and contact information.
• Keep patient information minimised and appropriate — no unnecessary personal identifiers in digests, forums, or WhatsApp shares.
• Honour inquiry statuses: express interest honestly; complete or return assignments with a reason when a placement is not workable.
• Set your own clinical rates and practise within your scope and local regulations.
• Do not scrape, spam, harass, or attempt to circumvent verification or matching rules.

Inquiries & matching

Inquiries are treated as managed inventory with owners and statuses. Public Request care and Share a lead submissions (and matching WhatsApp intents) land as drafts until ops publishes them onto the feed. Early assignment may be admin-curated. "First tap does not win." While ops may assign a therapist, assignment is matching facilitation, not a clinical recommendation by Neuro Sphere Connect. We do not guarantee inquiry volume, fill rates, or clinical outcomes.

Placement messages

After assign, therapists and families coordinate in Connect Messages (case thread and Family messages). Personal WhatsApp, SMS, or other private apps are not the care channel. Neuro Sphere Connect WhatsApp remains intake and optional pings that never include the message text.

Professional agreement

Before the inquiry feed unlocks, therapists must accept the Professional practice agreement (independent practice, clinical responsibility, credential warranties, insurance attestation, and indemnity). That agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

WhatsApp bridge

Neuro Sphere Connect may operate a WhatsApp Business channel for inbound referral DMs (pipe-format drafts, or an in-chat lead form), ops-assisted digests, and a Community channel for awareness. Matching decisions (interest, assign, return) remain in Connect. Opt-in and opt-out for community messages will be respected where offered. Public Share a lead and Request care forms are structured alternatives; they require a verification code and stay draft until ops publishes.

Fees

Membership list price is ₹599 per month; the current launch price is ₹299 per month (subject to change with notice). Billing is Razorpay Checkout (auto-renew); UPI with a UTR may be offered if offline pay is enabled. You keep 100% of patient session fees you negotiate. Mentorship consult fees are separate and may include a platform component as disclosed at checkout. See Refunds & Cancellation.

Intellectual property

Neuro Sphere Connect branding, product UI, and our content remain our property. You retain rights to content you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the network.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Clinical care remains solely between therapist and patient. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Neuro Sphere Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes arising from care delivered offline. Therapist indemnity for clinical claims is set out in the Professional practice agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, failed document review, chargebacks abuse, or safety concerns. You may stop using the service and cancel membership per the refunds policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
