Open Request care (/request), or read the steps on /care first. Give locality, discipline, and a short summary. Confirm with a one-time email code. Staff publish the request, then assign a credential-reviewed therapist. You do not pick from a directory.
Do you cover Mumbai and other cities?
Yes. Connect is pan-India. Name the city or locality on the form (Mumbai, Chennai, Nellore, or anywhere OSM can name). Home-visit matching uses the therapist's catchment. Telehealth goes to therapists who opt in.
Can I choose the physiotherapist, OT, or speech therapist?
No. Neuro Sphere Connect is not a marketplace. Ops assigns from credential-reviewed therapists who expressed interest. After the first visit you confirm continuation or ask for a different therapist on a private link.
How much does a home physiotherapy session cost?
The therapist sets their own session fee. Connect takes zero cut of that fee. You see the agreed rate when a visit is recorded — we do not publish a national price list.
Is this an emergency service?
